Investigating the Link between Type 2 Diabetes, Obesity, and Cardiovascular Risk
Wellness Clinical Research is looking for participants for a Type 2 Diabetes and Obesity study in Vega Baja, Puerto Rico.
If you are 18 years of age or older and have received a diagnosis of type 2 diabetes, you might be eligible to participate in a research study evaluating the safety and effectiveness of an experimental medication. This study aims to specifically include individuals with type 2 diabetes, who are either overweight or obese, and have an elevated risk of cardiovascular diseases. The duration of the study ranges from a minimum of 52 weeks to a maximum of 104 weeks.

Are 18 years of age or older
Have been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes
Matches additional eligibility conditions, to be evaluated.

No, you do not have to pay anything to be involved on this study. Health insurance is not required for participation in this study. Investigational medication and study procedures are provided at no cost. A per visit stipend and travel related costs will be provided.
